Glad I purchased this. I bought this taking a chance. The price was nice and cheap so I wasn't expecting much. I was surprised when it came in though. The gooseneck is pretty sturdy and stays erect as it should.I have a 2001 VW Jetta and it stays in there all the time. The phone doesn't move around when inside. It fits snug. The radio transmitter works quite well. No static or noises. In my opinion it is a great buy.
Not what was pictured I ordered this product based on the picture of one very similar to a device I looked at in a retail environment. The one I received was NOT the one in the pictures and the FM transmitter was horrible. Most of all I liked the feature of how the sides clamped and kind of ratcheted down on the sides of the phone. You can see in the pictures there is a release button on the bottom right of the device and it was spring loaded. Not the one I received from this order. The sides simply moved in and out manually no release button. Returned for refund.
his now no problems with the mount.very good in the right applicationsucks in a standard shift carin the way shifting..in an auto trans awesomegave this one to my boyfriend he luvs it plays works simple.
DONT BUY IT After receive the product and playing with it I loose service on my phone when i connect to this dock. This started to happen 23 days after using it now every time i drive i have no service if i am connected to this dock. POS dont buy it.
Great accessory 5 stars I have absolutely no complaints about this FM transmitter it works great. Very easy install plug & go. The sound quality is clear and you only have to set the frequency once unlike other transmitters that you have to reset after turning your car off. Normally for me is hard to get a good signal in my town. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to get as clear of signal as I did. The gooseneck is sturdy & keeps my ipod in place. For what this product does and how much it cost there is no comparison.
5in1dock The docking station/transmitter works good and adjust well for my use. Holds my iphone in place good enough to use while on the road no falling out or anything like that. Charges like the charger that came with my phone good! And pretty good FM transmitter for my MP4. One of the cheapest docks with this many features that I have found hard to do better for the price.
Meh It's not a very good product. It doesn't sit still and falls over when you take a turn. It feels very flimsy and top heavy. I gave it two stars because even though it's a bad quality it's possibly the cheapest charger/fm transmitter you can buy.
I am pleased I drive an average of 500 miles a week. I rely heavily on my iPhone to keep me entertained throughout the ride. I was weary due to some of the reviews on this product to purchase it however I am thrilled that I did. It works great sound quality is great and it is very simple to use. I also drive a car where the power outlet is located behind the gear shifter the arm allows it to sit comfortably above the shifter and never interfere with parking or changing gears.
horrible bought this product with high expectations. if i could give negative stars i would. this product is NOT what i wanted AT ALL. why? it simply does not work. the device keeps turning off. and now it wont even stay on for more than a second. and this happens when i am parked! this is one of the worst things i ever bought. STAY AWAY. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
