Not All Ok. The radio is ok. the shipping ok. the equipment condition ok. the conection cables NOT OK. the conection cables aren't compatible with the radio.
Good Good Cd player i only pluged it in a few minutes because my car is off the road but everything looks and sounds good. buttons are nice and firm not too small faceplate is easily removable. for the price its not bad at all look forward to testing out my first pioneer when i put my car back on the road.
You're losing memory? THEN IT'S WIRED WRONG!!! I bought one of these today for the used Acura I just bought unexpectedly found it on sale cheap!. It's not installed yet but based on a similar Pioneer I put in another vehicle last year I expect this one to be *very* worth the price. I've been buying Pioneer decks since the early 90's because I use the radio function most of the time and the Pioneer SuperTuner has consistently been the strongest FM receiver I've foundat least in the lowtomidlevel decks I buy.I wouldn't have written this review but about the bad reviews based on losing the memory when the ignition is switched off? IT'S NOT THE RADIO'S FAULT. All modern vehicles have a constant 12 volt line to supply voltage to the radio to maintain the memory settings. If your radio is losing memory settings when the key is turned off then the radio's main power connection is wired to something other than the intended constant 12 volt supply. So it's like blaming your TV for going dark when a tree falls across the power lines down the road and knocks out the power to your house.So next time consider finding somebody who knows what they're doing to install your car stereo. I'm just sayin'.
great radio bought this as a christmas present for my girlfriend. installed it christmas eve in about 45 minutes. She loves it.
very good this reciever is very nice and is perfect in my 78' cj7. the best feature is the aux hook up in the front.
love the sound quality and color ive bin loving this in my 94 honda civic but the lights have bin flickering on me when i turn it up and blows fuses like no other if ur settings arre wrong i have 2 6.5 inch pioneer 2 way speakers hooked up and 2 5.
An excellent product. There's no substitute for preparation. Based on this plattitude I have three pointers.1 Buy the wiring harness for your car's trim package in my case a 2005 Altima S. It will take a soldering iron your basic 60/40 resin core solder a foot of heatshrink tubing and about twenty minutes to connect it colortocolor to the harness that ships with the Pioneer DEH3300UB head unit. With that you have a pigtail that will connect easily from the car's OEM connectors to the back of your new stereo. I did a lot of poking around the Internet looking for pinouts on the cables and discovered all the new stuff uses the EIA wire color standards so just solder the yellow wire to the yellow wire the brown/black wire to the brown/black wire etc. This will run you less than $15 from Amazon.2 Get the DIN mounting kit for your car's trim package. It ran somewhere around $18 for my Altima. Read the instructions on how to attach the radio yea it runs against my nature too and put it together indoors. Where. it's. warm.3 Do an Internet search on how to remove the stereo for your model of car on Google or Bing. I would NEVER have come up with the procedure for opening up the dash board.After that there were six screws four connectors and a ground wire. It took all of ten minutes to put it all together.The Pioneer DEH3300UB is a NICE sounding stereo with more than enough power for my old ears. It's a great change from the anemia of the original equipment.
Great sound good price all the functions I need ProsI bought this to replace the original CD player in my 2002 Honda Civic. Installation was very easy with a few accessories. Though I didn't replace any speakers the sound quality was very much improved over the original CD player. I'm not at all bothered by the brightness of the display as one prominent reviewer said. Also the receiver works excellently with my iPhone 4G.
It doesn't work correctly I bought this item several months ago and after installing it in my car I noticed the CD player wasn't working. It makes a strange sound but never plays the music. I would very much appreciate the seller to recognize this badfunction and replace the item.

Does NOT work with iPod Nano or Sansa View I bought this device mainly for the USB input port so I'm really disappointed that it doesn't work for two common MP3 players! Would not have bought it if I'd known since there are significantly cheaper car stereos otherwise.
Good Great product! I have it installed for a month worked nicely. The most favorite part is USB port which allows me to play mp3 from flash drive. Although it takes a while to find the song I want to hear it's still a good replacement for original player came with Corolla 03'. Let's see how long it's going to be functional before any issue as others complained on another model about panel display.
Nice Little Stereo Unit The biggest selling point that is for me of this unit is by far the USB port. While the auxiliary port enabling connections via digital music players is nice it is great to be able to transfer music to a flash drive and plug it in for easy playing. The songs essentially play like they would from a CD that is to say it will say track 1 2 etc. while flipping through them while also giving the artist name and song title assuming the track is labeled properly.The lighting of the display is also good despite what others have stated. The design is attractive and intuitive and the scanner for radio stations works fine. As radio and CD's are becoming more or less obsolete I've not tested the CD player or radio presets much other than to say they work.Definitely a good deal for the price about $58 at the time of my purchase.
Dual XDM6350 AM/FM/CD Receiver radio A very good looking radio. Great value for money works really well and has a soft bloe dial which makes using very easy.I could not buy a similar radio in Australia for the same cost. Would recommend this product to anyone looking for a car radio. I have fitted mine into my caravan.
False Advertising Item is advertised as USB IPod control. IT DOES NOT WORK WITH IPOD TOUCH or IPHONE. Do not buy this if that is what you want.
2 defective units in a row I bought this unit about 6 months ago and the install went great and it worked solid for about 34 months. Then the rear right channel went out in the deck. I confirmed it wasn't the Amp or any intermediary wire so I submitted a RMA and Dual took care of it immediately and sent me a new one.It was the same unit so I kept all of the wiring in place and swapped it out. The new unit they sent me only works when Aux power is on but not when the car starts. This sounded initially like a wiring issue so I checked all of the wires and even completely replaced the wiring harness with a new one they sent me but still the same issue. I'm not going to return this unit as I'm already in the red with shipping costs etc. Just going to start with a completely new brand.Disclaimer When it was working it was a decent stereo and their customer support was nice I just don't have time to keep going back and forth nor can I afford the shipping.
Best aftermarket stereo I've owned I've owned probably 810 aftermarket stereos in my driving life and I have to say this one is my favorite and it also happens to be the cheapest one I've purchased!My main gripe with aftermarket stereos is that they look flashy but the buttons are tiny and difficult to use. This Dual unit however has buttons that are more like the factory stereo buttons I find them larger easier to see and easier to push than most. I appreciate that the buttons have a nice tactile click feel when you push them so you actually know whether a button's been pushed. The volume wheel is very large and easy to use.I also appreciate that it simply WORKS! I've used it for about a month without incident. This is actually a replacement for a different aftermarket stereo a Clarion that decided it didn't like playing MP3s burned on CD. The Dual handles those same MP3 discs with no problems at all. I also love the option to play MP3s directly from a USB drive! This function works fine and I expect that I'll rarely need to burn MP3 discs in the future. Note that the USB port also functions as a charger for any of your gadgets that charge via USB nice feature and it frees up your standard 12V port for other gadgets/inverters/etc. I haven't used it with an ipod so I can't comment on that. The sound from this stereo is great speakers are definitely the limiting factor. It does seem like the EQ presets are pretty limited i.e. they don't sound all that much different from each other. The manual bass/treble controls are fine.The only thing I thought was odd is that the great big middle button marked select and with a power symbol is not actually a power button unless you hold it down?. With other stereos I'm used to hitting the power button to effectively pause a disc since most car stereos don't have dedicated pause buttons. With this Dual though if you just hit the select/power button it puts the unit in random mode and jumps to a track somewhere else on the disc.
GREAT! Great head unit. works great in my blazer. easy to install. Have not had a problem with this unit yet.
Easy install first i ordered it for 58 business day shipping but it arrived in 3 business which was awesome. really easy to install and operate. My only complaint and it is not Dual's fault is that the USB port does not work for any Apple product. Aux port does though. Other than that its a great radio.
Great & Cheap bought this so I can play my ipod in the car via the aux input which my 2001 ford doesn't have on it's factory stereo. very easy to use and will definitely recommend.
