Not what I expected. I thought I could go from the USB port of my computer to the component input to a TV. Not so it did not work.
More info needed I wanted to capture video from an old VHS to my pc using this product but was disappointed to find out that I needed additional equipment to make it work. More detailed product description would be nice.

Adapter Bought it hoping I could use the cable on the Shift3 Light Projector and show my slideshow but it didn't work.

Nonesense product This product is a $2 tax on those who don't understand electronics and want a quick fix. Do not buy it unless you know EXACTLY what you're doing. Period. THERE IS NO STANDARD EQUIPMENT CONFIGURATION IN WHICH IT MAKES SENSE TO USE THIS CABLE. It doesn't matter if you have a camcorder TV laptop or desktop how old your stuff is or which way you want the pictures to go this cable is not for you. It is meaningless to connect an analog port RCA to a digital one USB like this.
This was what I needed Thanks for delivering as requested. This is the product I needed and have high expectations for. The price was definitely right too.
It Works But For What? The cable is of nice quality. Will work for the assigned task price point is okay not sure if you can use if for input or output will find out later.
